Bradley Charles Freeman

Brad C. Freeman was born in Harlan, Kentucky on August 15 1963. His family first moved to Whitley County, Kentucky in 1976. He has lived in Whitley County since graduating from law school and has been practicing law in state and federal courts all over Kentucky since 1990.


  • Law School: He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1990 with a Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the Kentucky bar on October 5, 1990. During law school, he earned multiple Dean's list honors and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
  • Undergraduate: He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1987 with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting.
  • High School: He graduated from Cumberland High School in Cumberland, Kentucky in 1982.
