Brien G. Freeman was born in Lynch Kentucky on December 5, 1960. He was admitted to the Bar in 1987 in Kentucky, admitted to practice before U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky. Mr. Freeman earned his B.A. in 1983 from the University of Kentucky, and went on to earn his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law from Northern Kentucky University in 1987. Mr. Freeman served as the Assistant County Attorney for Whitley County Kentucky, from 1990 to 1994. Mr. Freeman is a member (past president) of the Whitley County Bar Association as well as a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.
