Biography

Ben Childers was born and raised in Corbin, Kentucky. Ben graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BA in Political Science in 2020, then the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law with a JD in 2022. While at UK and UK Law, Ben was the first student to complete the UK BLUE program, an honors pathway designed to give select individuals an accelerated path to law school.

Ben specializes in personal injury law, handling a broad array of injury cases, including car wrecks, slip and falls, premises liability, medical malpractice, and more. Ben also works with corporate clients in banking litigation matters, as well as in business formation, organization, and support.

Stemming from extensive experience in reviewing and enforcing copyright law, Ben also assists clients in guidance regarding copyright matters and represents them in enforcement and disputes when warranted.

Ben also works with clients in the drafting of wills, power of attorneys, deeds, and in the performance of title searches.

In November 2024, Ben was elected to serve as a Member of the Corbin Independent School Board. In addition to his work on the Corbin School Board as a whole, Ben also serves on the District’s Building Committee.

Since June 2025, Ben has served on the Board of Directors of the Whitley County Farmers Market.

In addition to his legal practice, Ben also serves as the CEO of BCP Real Estate Media. Through BCP, Ben and his team serve real estate agents, property developers, and businesses across Kentucky and Tennessee in the capturing of premier commercial media content.
